Hello Coach, I would like to thank you, and the amazing community you have created. You, the team, and the community carried me through some of the hardest times, I have had to endure. Right after I joined a year ago, I was diagnosed with a pretty serious type of cancer. Feeling in shock and afraid, I arrived at my first 7 hour, chemotherapy session. Right at about the 2nd hour, restless, tired of podcasts, and the whole situation, I decided to get on the ADT VIP zoom. For some odd reason, it gave me the ease I needed and the strength to put my first session behind me. I followed this ritual for 24 sessions, and later on through my radiation therapy. After some soul searching, I realized, that when I tuned in the zoom, I was listening to a group of people tuning in with purpose, ready to offer and hand, and determined to fight and make their dreams come true. Little did I know, those calls gave the hope to fight, and never give up. I'm not going to say that while listening the zoom through treatment, was I retaining the majority of the information; probably not. I had to miss more than half the session since I was exhausted, and I also, had to refrain from investing since brain was foggy, (Chemo brain). After 2 dodged surgeries, and a year long fight, I feel almost at 100%. I Thank you again, and the whole team for the energy, and sense of purpose I found in all of you to keep me going. I was quiet, but always there. My membership expires at the end of the month. I will try and rejoin as soon as I have the funds (medical bills first). One thing is for sure, you will hear from me soon.
